October 2018

You might be surrounded by men that dont respect women as equal to them. There are women in some leadership roles but there are a lot of men that seem to be stuck in the 70s

Little, to no work life balance. Rarely promotes from within. Doesn’t encourage growth to move up within the company.

Experteer is pretty much gender-blind. Women have equal chances of promotion, recognition, informal mentoring. Small company that respects parents' needs for flexibility, too. Down side? Pay is average or below scale, and, as a small digital company, growth can be limited.

January 2017

Very conservative male dominated industry. Some old school thinking. Tried very hard to limit harassment and discrimination. Does not go above and beyond to support family balance.

February 2016

This company has one of the worst maternity leave policies I've ever heard of for a company of it's size and success. It's one paid week per year of service. Despicable. The mandatory minimum work day is 9.5 hours - next the most livable hours for a human much less a mother. The company is chaotic and unorganized with what seems like nonstop structural changes. It's a very stressful and unstable environment. Avoid avoid avoid.
