There are a lot of women in leadership positions. The commute can be a bit challenging from the city, but all in all, a great place to work. Also a fun industry to be a part of.

Men and women are treated equally primarily because the job is completely merit based. Each person is responsible for their own sales, promotions, and scaling. You are directly rewarded for this regardless of gender, culture, race, etc. It takes all of the corporate culture b.s. out of the equation.
