WLT is a good place to get started in the client support business. Good training exists as well as good benefits. But compensation isn’t terribly competitive and remote working can cause tension with management.

HQ Staff: If you're still in the process of starting your family, this is not the place to do it. There is no maternity leave, you have 5 weeks of disability paid at 66% (and then taxed) and then good luck. If you are finished having kids then policies are good - generous time off and sick time.

    HQ Staff: Departments and managers within departments have completely different views on flexibility and work-life balance. While everyone can adjust hours, not everyone is able to work from home (even on just a one-off instance, like needing to wait all day for cable guy). Every team is understaffed and the workload can be grueling.
