It is a great company to work for - pay is higher than industry standard (regardless of your gender), benefits and total compensation package is PHENOMENAL.

    Employees are encouraged to work from home if schedule and workload permits, the company overall is very flexible. Depending on who your direct manager is, you may face some challenges, but I always had great experiences with flexibility in my schedule.

The women that work here are rock stars and superstars (Per Kim Scott's definition thereof) - smart, beyond capable and ambitious. They are the spine and glue of the company. The company's external cultural image is the result of their work exclusively.

I've been working here for 2 years and there are very few women working here. For the first year, there were ~40 people in the office and I was the only woman besides the secretary. In the last year the number of women being hired has increased however the benefits and flexibility are very much lacking. No paid maternity leave, no official work from home policy.

The benefits are great and there is lots of flexibility to manage work/life balance. But remember: Its a big company so your experience really depends on your local environment. There are still some pockets, where there are sexist leaders where it will be difficult to make a difference, where your value is determined by your gender. Respect for people is a key value. That is, unless you are working on a key deliverable. Then its arbitrary deadlines based on what leadership wants and a 7 day work week.
