This is business largely made up of intelligent driven women (and men.) It is a company that strives to be fair and better everyday.

December 2015

There's plenty of women working here, I think the ratio of female to male is 3:1 or it just feel that way. There isn't a gender equality issue here. Maternity benefits are alright, just 6 weeks paid. but management is flexible with the length of maternity leaves.

November 2015

3/9 executives are women. The men have been in charge since the 70s. The women who've been there that long are two steps down from the execs. There's no maternity leave per se, just your sick time, vacation time, and 6 weeks unpaid FMLA. As far as time flexibility, this is a great place to work once you have kids. But don't look for mentors, expect promotions, or a path to success. Do your job or network your way out. It seems more difficult for women to advance.

August 2015

Hard Charging, Fast Paced Environment. Lots of opportunity for advancement but be willing to put in 12+ hour days as the workloads are huge. For the most part a fun environment but can have a "boys club" feel at times.
