Flexibility is not valued by management, and that is something that needs to be considered when accepting an offer.

No formal flex time or work from home policy everything is at manager's discretion- most managers frown on it even though most positions do not require you to be in the office to complete tasks.

April 2018

Great benefits. Maternity leave for non-attorneys is 12 weeks at 100% pay followed by two months of part-time work (60% the first month, 80% the second month) at 100% pay. Attorneys have it even better, but I’m not sure of the specifics. Great culture; like a family. They will work with you to accommodate your life; as long as you can show them that you’re dedicated to meeting your billable hours with quality work. They really live up to being family friendly.

The girl also provides paternity leave. I believe it is 2 or 4 weeks with full pay but I’m not certain.

March 2018

I had been off work for four years because I was raising two kids, no one entertained me when I went back at the end of those four years, but Johnson and Johnson looked at me individually and my experience I had so far and not once did they ask me why I chose to stay at home and loose those four years not working.

If you are able to handle the dysfunctional dynamics of Senior Management....then its the place for you. The staff that you work with are amazing - the mission of the company outstnading...but it all gets lost when you have a Ship being navigated by the Blind...A thorough assesment of the organization needs to be performed by an independent entity - to truly instill some processes that will make the 'machine' run more efficiently
