"The benefits are great as far as PTO, maternity leave, and 401k matches. There is also a lot of support for families with various seminars about work life balance, mea planning, eating healthy, being a single parent, etc. Depending on your role you might be too busy to attend but most are an hour so it's possible to make time. Flexibility can be great in some departments and nonexistent in others. "

We have a great flex policy on paper but in reality each department sets it's own rules. I used to work in an attorney role where I worked from home twice a week and now I work in Compliance where it's not allowed except occasionally."
