August 2017

The culture is generally accommodating of family life and there are a lot of women in leadership, but pockets of inequality remain, especially within certain departments and with the promotion and review process.

There is a new work from home policy that has improved schedule flexibility and reduced face time pressure somewhat.

Everyone at my location understands that life is ongoing. We all have each other's backs and no one takes advantage of each other. It's the best place I've ever worked with the only exception being the salary is not enough to really survive on.

Your experience will depends heavily on your manager. Every department /team is different and managers have full reign on making decisions. If you have to advocate for yourself if your manager is not going to do it for you. And, there is a bit of a boys club mentality within the executive management team.

Upper management decision making may not be in the best interests of the company but more in the best interests of the owners.

I would tell them to watch their back. It's a female dominated workplace yet it does not promote female unity or support.

It's a very drama dominate enviroment. It's toxic and lacks communication. They put forth ways to protect themselves when issues arise but they do NOTHING to prevent issues from occuring. Alot of after thought amd damage control. When a problem is happening they turn a blind eye until the problem because a big issue unable to ignore.

I think overall it's probably a good place for women to work. The leave is flexible and all of the moms on our team seem to do well.

September 2015

Overall, a very decent place to work. Most people are very nice and passionate about the mission and they have some high-profile clients and projects. The work from home flexibility is excellent for some teams. Most of the problems stem from the undefined and non-sustainable long-term business strategy. The turnover can sometimes be quite high too.
