Promotions from within are very rare. Title bumps (from coordinator to “senior coordinator” do not compensate for low pay).

Would like to work from home one day a week with laptop supplied by employer (software I have to use won’t work on my computer at home). Also, my supervisor is among the many who cannot organize herself to create a predictable schedule for things that involve me. Any work from home day would be ad hoc and likely to change at a moments’ notice.

August 2016

Lots of women, minority, and even ex-con representation among the employees and management. Only drawback was running into issues with a small child who was often sick, and ran out of PTO.

December 2015

There's plenty of women working here, I think the ratio of female to male is 3:1 or it just feel that way. There isn't a gender equality issue here. Maternity benefits are alright, just 6 weeks paid. but management is flexible with the length of maternity leaves.

November 2015

Maternity policy is improving. Now that the company has hit the 50 employees mark, female employees are protected by FMLA laws. Which means standard maternity leave and short term disability.
