Great benefits. Maternity leave for non-attorneys is 12 weeks at 100% pay followed by two months of part-time work (60% the first month, 80% the second month) at 100% pay. Attorneys have it even better, but I’m not sure of the specifics. Great culture; like a family. They will work with you to accommodate your life; as long as you can show them that you’re dedicated to meeting your billable hours with quality work. They really live up to being family friendly.

    It's not nearly enough; I was able to take/afford 7 weeks with my son and 13 with my daughter. The 13 weeks allowed for much more bonding time and it's evident with my relationships with my kids.

Not particularly family friendly. Most staff is young (under 30) and do not have children. Not a lot of respect for boundaries or outside of work responsibilities. For example, would be required to work weekends with minimal notice without comping time to make up for it.

Good work/home life balance. Great HR support and there is a Women's Insight Network. On the flip side, men seem to be taken more seriously and there is a "good ole boys" mentality in leadership. That is changing with a new women CEO.
