It's very mom-friendly and overall it's understood that if you have to leave for a personal obligation, you can just make up the time later on.

Speak up as soon as there's a problem, but be cautious which people you confide in. There's a lot of talk (and to be fair, some actions) around inclusion and diversity, but don't be lulled into thinking the same problems can't happen here as any other company.

  • Recommend to Women?

Maybe. It comes down to the specific team in which you work. Some teams are supportive and inclusive, while other teams are hostile environments where you're alternately ignored and blamed. Due to rapid growth, individuals have been promoted to management positions who are deeply unsuited.

  • One Thing Employer Could Improve

Improve the company culture across all teams. Focus on hiring and promoting people who are good at leading and managing, not just subject matter experts.

It depends on which brand/department you work in what kind of experience you'll have. I've been lucky to join a team that had a very family feel to it. I have a boss who is also a mentor so she's guided me to growth. As far as the work, the business is stretched across the board people are often wearing multiple hats and have too much on their plate however for a person who's focused, able to prioritize and enjoys a challenge, this can be a good place to grow.
