Great company with unparalleled benefits. Some sections of company (tv and news) are horrifically managed.

A very forward thinking company which while does not emphasize high take home pay invests into other benefits that often benefit women.

The company provides the legal minimum family leave requirements. There are no company policies to promote flexibility in the workplace. The Board of Directors and executive leadership is overwhelmingly male.

Experiences here are likely very team-dependent. Benefits overall are fantastic and policies are family-friendly. However, as an ambitious mid-career woman, I am looking for a company that will recognize and reward good work generously.

Dedicated employees, both men and women, are rewarded with trust, opportunity and creative freedom. There are many women in leadership roles within the company.

Most of my bosses in my tenure at Mergermarket have been women - incredible women, bred to defend themselves in a board room as an equal, held to no distinct standard other than business. You will not be getting any free passes here as a woman, which in my opinion, breeds a culture of equal respect.

Maternity leave was not the best, 6 weeks paid through disability leave, 6 weeks unpaid - but the co was very understanding about returning back to work.

There is limited career growth for women. Low compensation. Good for mom since there are flexibility.
