"Very antiquated policy. Must exhaust all sick time prior to being paid for short term disability. Nightmare to get straight answers from 3rd party company that handles leave."

"Maternity policy is severely outdated. No straight answers can be found and each person who takes maternity leave arrived at the pay structure differently. You have to exhaust all of your sick time (minus 40 hours) before short term leave pay can start. You are only paid 6 weeks (8 if you deliver via c-section). Most teams have a very limited availability of flexible work arrangements. No onsite childcare or discount for childcare."
