While there are some women in upper management positions, this seems to have changed recently. I have since left the company so am not sure on how this will affect the future.

Industry can be gender challenging. Some companies are still old boy clubs but the company itself has great opportunities for women Too many men in the most senior roles

  • One Thing Employer Could Improve

provide more promotion opportunities, improve compensation and review peer salaries vs. accountabilities. i had a staff of 15 with hundreds of dollars expensive marketing to produce on time and on budget. A male peer with 2 reports and very little fiscal accountability made $35K more than i did.
