"Do not work here with the current CEO. Misogyny is his top priority though he loves to marginalize, embarrass and belittle all his employees. In one year of going public, the stocks plummeted due to mismanagement. They have lay-offs frequently and offer nothing in the way job security or affordable healthcare. "

"There is no work/life balance or boundaries. The flexibility they tell you is part of their culture is actually a lie. You may be told 1 - 2 days a week in office, but once you start you will be told minimum of 4 days a week in office. The benefits are not competitive and extremely expensive. You will have a payroll deduction, co-pay AND a very high deductible. Unlimited vacation sounds great until you work through every vacation or day off you take. The company shut down week does not apply to all employees. If you see it on the holiday calendar, make sure you check with your boss before making plans that week. It is possible to be verbally abused publicly by the CEO. There are not many females and certainly a misogynistic CEO with zero empathy for anyone. Think twice, even if you are desperate to leave your current employer - I definitely have regrets. "
