McDonald's Corporate is a great place to learn and develop. But It's challenging for women who want to lead. They have programs to proactively promote women to be sure they are represented, but the leadership ranks are far from equal. The guys still get many more of the top jobs and the ones I talked to believe that's purely because the men were most qualified.
