"Your experience will 100% depend on your immediate supervisor. Some are great and try to compensate for the unsupportive policies, some leave much to be desired. The other thing you have to prepare for is that your leader will change all the time."

"They expected you to get your hours in, so if you had to leave early then they would want you to either work through lunch or come in early. They also wouldn't want you to make a habit out of it but know that things come up and they were great to work with in that aspect. "

"This is a company with amazing women leaders, but in recent years has followed the ideal of "let's do more with less"... raises have decreased, compensation isn't competitive, and when people leave they just shove the work onto those still there who are performing well. "
