Male or female, I'd say stay away. No bonuses, minimum benefits, no future for the company which is failing fast

They treat their managers as slaves, they are always moving around around our shifts without asking and if they do ask you have no option but to do as they ask or your punished for it. You work any where from 12 to 16 hour days some times for weeks on end with en with no days off. If your not part of the click and bow down to you store and shift managers they go out of their way to fire you.

Work/life balance is excellent. Administrators are fair and the shared governance works well across all levels of employment, from hourly staff to admins to faculty. Everyone has a say in the process.

December 2016

Upper management seems to really understand women's needs and respond to them by creating policies (flexible working hours..). I am not afraid having kids will cause a setback in my career. They do need to focus on getting more women into male dominated departments.

It's a community of mostly women who are close professionally and personally. I've gained friends and also mentors, and I feel completely comfortable with the women in my office. While there is a lot expected of you, this is typical of startup culture.

The HR department is predominately women with a male Partner. There is a lot of flexibility and support for the leadership team; however, this support and flexibility is not shared with other team members. In addition, there is no advancement opportunities due to the size of the firm. Someone has to leave in order for you to advance.

November 2015

White British Men dominate managerial roles. Very few women in banker roles and many have been in the same role for 20 years before being promoted. Women are often shafted as soon as they announce they are pregnant although for a British company there is generous support for maternity leave.

This is a pre-dominantly woman driven company. It can be wonderful if you are working with clients directly. If you work in back office support, you can expect to be underpaid, overworked and under appreciated.
