March 2016

From my experience it seems that there's just not enough awareness to women's rights and no effort to promote women at all. Consequently, women are usually stuck in middle management at best, higher management is 100% white men...

Most of the staff are women, but the majority of the high level managers are men. Even with a vast majority of female employees, they make no effort to ensure fairness between men and women.

June 2015

While the benefits are good, working for Starbucks is not easy. The hours are long, the customers are grumpy if not down right rude, the pay is subpar, most days are physically demanding, and your experience with the company is entirely dependent the store you work in and how the manager you work for decides to run the store.
