Don't sit tight and think that your work will go recognized, you're really going to have to play well with your boss/other managers, and push for promotion. It's more difficult for minority women to succeed here.

    It is great place to work! However BRC needs help. Such as promoting from within, being open to new ideas which strengthens collaboration and efficiency, holding all employees accountable for their assigned tasks, support all employees not just favorites, treat long term employees fairly with constructive support and criticism, fair compensation.

Good work/home life balance. Great HR support and there is a Women's Insight Network. On the flip side, men seem to be taken more seriously and there is a "good ole boys" mentality in leadership. That is changing with a new women CEO.
