It's a very sexist environment. Beware of the boss. Also racial and ethnic slurs

September 2017

I worked on a satellite site for the project we were working on. Everyone I worked with was great and we had a lot of fun office bonding activities outside of work! There weren't many women working on site but they were great to work with and included me in lady nights and other activities.

The company claims to support diversity in regards to gender, race, religion, etc and I believe they are making strides to reflect that.

March 2017

The junior level positions are by and large filled by young women, but the further you go up the chain, the more male it gets. Women in middle management positions gripe about how leadership positions are routinely male outside hires. There are some great family-friendly policies, but long-term, it's still an ad agency and still routinely bleeds over into your life. There's also a lot of gossiping and backbiting. It's exhausting.

Use this as a stepping-stone experience-when you're single and don't have any family responsibilities. Long hours, low pay, minimal growth opportunity but great resume builder.

It's male dominated. The firm is not willing to hire CSA's part time.

January 2016

I've worked here for 3 years and there are a lot of women working here, but predominantly in support/corporate functions. Generally I believe they are treated fairly, but the executive management is male-dominated and not diverse. The industry (construction) is also male-dominated which can be a challenge for females in sales. We are addressing this as a company, but it's a long hard road.

June 2015

The Culture is amazing! Not the media blitz, but the way that all the leaders, men and women alike respect each other. There is seemingly no barriers between the two. After having worked in less women friendly environments, Huron has made all the difference in my success.
