June 2016

"Boys club" like many Architecture firms, though a creative and motivated group of people. Not much office culture at all - hard workers with their heads down. They sometimes treat kindness as "coddling."

If I were to have a baby while at this company, I would fear for my and my child's well being. They offer only 1 week of maternity leave.

February 2016

Women are fairly represented at this company, they get equal opportunities for advancement as well. Maternity policy is not great. It's based on how many years you're with IPG (parent company). You can expect to receive 2-4 weeks paid, minimum. You can also use PTO. Fathers are eligible for 2 weeks paternity leave as well.

November 2015

I believe this is a great company for women to work at. They provide an excellent work/life balance. They offer back-up child care, an onsite health center, onsite gym, onsite dry cleaning, ample vacation time, and standard maternity leave benefits.

March 2015

The support for women is a mixed bag here. Many of the female professors are out to prove something and are unsupportive of anyone, especially other women, without the same intensity. However, I have found a wonderful supportive experience with women on staff and in administrative positions.
