I believe in constructive feedback but not when it can be detrimental to someone's self-esteem. Many of the people who work n these stores are young women and we should be building them up not tearing them down.

The whole womens rights / gender equality isn't really a 'thing' here - it's almost strange to talk about it as everyone is treated completely equally.

April 2017

There are a number of gender diversity/parity campaigns and initiatives at corporate level, but at local geographic/business unit level it doesnt visibly translate to many training, development or promotion opportunities for women. Giving the impression it is more lip service than real equity on the ground.

The company is geninely interested in promoting women in tech and sponsors many women-led events. I feel listened to.

Local flexibility but the official policy is not very flexible. Long work day makes it hard to move hours around much.

Do not work here. They will use and abuse you and you must be dumbed down to get in with the old boy club.

May 2016

Optional networking opportunities and outside-of-work projects? Not really, unless you never want to get promoted. Also, it often feels like a boy's club. Pay was bad compared to other consulting firms, and work could be mind-numbing and not challenging. No work-life balance. I left due to boredom during the day and stress after hours.

This is a terrible company to work for if you are pregnant. Little to no maternity leave - all of it is unpaid. Doctor visits are frowned upon.
