Leadership should support women when promoting them into leadership positions rather than using them as lightning rods for senior males.

This is a company that values the employees that work here. I've never worked with or for a group of managers that wants to succeed with their staff more in my 11+ year career.

March 2016

There is a boys club that is hard to break into. Unless you agree with everything management says, there is little room for growth. Strong women are perceived to be "too aggressive". Upper management does not know what it is doing and it shows..over and over again. Female or not, do not work here.

August 2015

Every so often you'll get the sexist customer who thinks women can't possibly know anything about technology. I've gotten a few who will specifically ask to speak to a man, or worse... ask me a question and then ignore my question and ask my male co worker the same exact thing. But company/manager/co-worker-wise, never had any issue.

May 2015

The Pfizer plant in Brooklyn is very uncomfortable for a woman. The male co-workers stare at a new female employee like she is a fresh piece of meat, you are not felt welcomed by your female peers either because they feel you are competition. I would say the working environment in that particular plant was very unprofessional.
