Recommend to Women?
Maybe. While O&M has recently improved its leave policy, in reality it is very hard to juggle a working mom life as a Creative. Creative hours are notoriously long and unpredictable. Most women in the department don't have kids. Those that do are placed on the mommy track, work-wise. There are very few mommys in company-shaping, senior-level positions (and they all have nannies). So, while the leave is good in theory, you have to fight to keep hopes of any career growth.
