Research the firm's U.S. growth strategy by line of business and reaffirm this during the interview process to ensure you are taking on the role that best suits your skills and your career aspirations. Seek out a mentor/sponsor early.

Men are clearly preferred and do better than women here. There is a boys club.

Generally, the company has a policy about equal opportunity but management is male-dominated and not diverse.

Thankfully management and executive management is fairly gender diverse. Women are treated fairly and given ample opportunities overall. Benefits are lacking in terms of paid maternity leave, which is a disappointment.

October 2015

I worked here for over 3 years. Women are treated very fairly and are in positions of leadership throughout the company (In many departments there are even more women than men). Though I didn't take maternity leave myself, women who did transitioned easily into maternity leave and back into the workplace with no issues.

October 2015

It's a great company aimed more towards the younger generation. They give you time off for maternity leave but that's it. They do not pay you leave, only hold your job. Also, they aren't very considerate towards how the long hours affect you while pregnant. Overall it's a good company, just not when you're in management/leadership while pregnant.
