"If you can get hired full-time you will love it. They do schedule you for a lot of hours but there is flexibility if you request time off in advance. They are very understanding if you have an emergency.
I love the culture of OpenExchange. They encourage positivity and inclusion. "

"If you get a chance to work for OpenExchange, jump at it! It's an amazing company that provides top-notch training and has a wonderful culture of teamwork and support. You need good communication skills and computer skills like Zoom and Google Suite and the ability to learn quickly but they teach you everything you need to know! You'll probably start out as a temporary employee but if you do well you have a chance to be hired permanently. "
