    Maybe. A lot of women work there because women tend to work within health care. They have a lot telecommuniting and work from home options. There is very little mentoring to navigate the huge organization. Mostly men at the top. Insurance benefits is poor even though it's an insurance company. Limited maternal leave.

It's great for college graduates. But if, like me, you've worked to care for your family and do not have a degree, there's very little opportunity for advancement. Job experience and life experience are both valuable.

    I've not taken maternity leave (husband and I are still unsure of having children). I do know that after the FMLA is complete, new mothers must take short-term disability or use vacations days in order to stay home longer. There is no other maternity leave offered.

The have very nice an private pumping rooms, you can work at home with many of the positions, and the bosses are very understanding of family needs.

No mentor program. There are few women in IT leadership positions. C-Level management appear to be out of touch with the non-management worker. C-level management needs to visit and talk to their employees. It doesn't count when you are only talking to your surrounding "yes men".
