Great place to work with good development opportunities although flexible working in management roles can be difficult to accommodate.

Have been fairly new to PepsiCo but so far working hours seem great. I will update once I experience more.

It is very flexible for families and time off needed to tend to that. On the other hand, if you're single, then you often work A LOT as your coworkers with children go to Halloween parades, kid's doctors appointments, etc.

There are pros and cons, just like any job. Sometimes the red tape gets in the way of doing actual work, but this is often done to prevent lawsuits. And while I have had good reviews, the promotion and ranking/rating system is not transparent and is quite arbitrary.

Pepsi is a very male dominated culture. There is a strong focus on increasing diversity and hiring on more women. Men tend to be paid more than their female (and more successful) counterparts

It's burn and churn. Lots of turnover within first 3-5 years of employment. Long hours (55+/week) are the norm. Travel is the norm - particularly in Frito Lay.

Lots of women here, but very few females and minorities in high level positions. Of those women in higher levels, most emulate male counterparts by opting for mostly male and mostly non-monority staff.

Seems they're working to improve working conditions for women, though slow progress at best
