"The company and the industry are very old-fashioned. Be prepared for a boys club. Also its an extremely non-diverse workforce."

"I would recommend women consider joining when already at a senior level - the company is supportive of recognising the contribution of external new hires. However internal promotions are frequently skewed to men. And every single junior administrator and executive assistant in the global company, with the exception of one single man in France, is female. Hours are flexible and family friendly, however the medical benefits are not female friendly."
