"After our only female leader left, five women have followed her out the door over two months. And it appears there will be more to follow. Although the company gives women a flexible work / life / schedule -- at the end of the day it's an Ol' Boys Club. Women are the worker bees. Your opinions and experience and expertise do not matter to leadership. The "Leader" is more of a dictator. I'd be shocked if the company survives after much of the top talent has left."
