Exclusive concepts is majority women. Growing out of the start up phase has introduced growing pains but there is opportunities for creating new processes in every aspect.

Maybe. If you are looking for a highly specific specialized role in digital marketing this is the right position for you. Employees are hyper focused on one facet of digital marketing, they won't experience the others and aren't given opportunities to. This may be harmful from a career aspect when outside agency life, in house positions want a well rounded digital marketing specialist.

Alot of politics, intrusion into your work, slow decision making, not alot of room for advancement. However, its a good place to be if the roles fit your needs.

Working for the marketing arm of this company, if you compare it to others in the marketplace, you'll see that the vacation and holidays are subpar comparitively. Additionally, they run completely separate from Daymon Worldwide so while parts of the company get ESOP, other parts don't. There is also a lack of synergy amongst different arms of the company which creates distrust and resentment
