I've worked here for over 3 years and it seems to have gone backwards from when I started. Finances are micro-managed from the top. The morale is bad among both genders of employees. Support roles are predominately women and overworked. The mid-level positions held by women are stifled by upper management, who are predominately men.

They are quite flexible when it comes to schedules in some departments, but when they want you to work overtime they are strict. Maternity leave is frowned upon. They want you to work all the time.
