June 2018

There are more women than men who work here, which is great. All of my bosses were women and were understanding about work-life balance.

Lawrence Public School #4 review This employer is ok if you are only here for supplemental salary. Your days off are not paid, no compensation for holidays, snow days etc. Benefits are not provided either, unless you are lucky to get a 6 hour position, and they are as hard to come across, even as an inside employee, as finding a unicorn.

You're just another individual, it doesn't matter your gender. You are not treated any differently working here as a woman than if you were a man.

December 2017

The firm talks about promoting work life balance and gender equality but it’s just talk. Very few women with young children have stayed at the firm after having a baby, and of those who remain many express frustration with being treated unfairly.

February 2016

There is a significant effort to increase the number or women in the top leadership levels of the company. Mentors and sponsors are readily available for top talent and generally are very engaged. Downside is that we do not have paid maternity leave beyond what's required from a disability standpoint (6-8 weeks).
