They have a valid reputation of inappropriate behavior toward women. Down right verbal and physical abuse. It is from the very top down, so not correctable. Don't waste your time.

The statistics for women in Director level and above roles are atrocious. New leadership team after Aon sold to Blackstone (company now named Alight Solutions) and limited females in senior roles (CFO is a woman though which is great to see). Nepotism is rampant here and not a performance driven culture from a promotions and opportunities standpoint.

I've worked here for 10+ years. There was only one female director in the 30 year span of the company, but she has since passed away. It's definitely a boys club, men are promoted regularly over women and women are seldom given much voice in the leadership of the company. They have had anonymous surveys in which we are asked our opinions and I have voiced these concerns, but not much has changed. It's a hard job because the work is difficult and the hours around the events are long, but there are so many people who want to work here, our complaints often go unheard.

There is no work life balance here. You will be penalized for requesting time to attend doctors appointments or worse, appointments for your children. Sadly, the woman in positions of power help keep things this way and are catty and destructive to other women. It's a toxic environment with no chance of advancement or recovery.
