12 weeks fully paid maternity leave plus the option to come back part time for 4 weeks after. There are few women in leadership roles outside of your traditional "women leadership roles". The professional services group is woefully underserved in women's leadership. Most departments have a pretty flexible work/life environment and there are a lot of people who work remotely.
