Buyer beware it is very top heavy(mostly male) and they like to run things like is a sweatshop. They will wear you down, so if you choose to ask for something be prepare to hold your ground.

The COO tells women coming in that he is "The best for women" but, like Trump. that is simply a con. He doesnt have issue with lower level women or women who don't oppose his ideas but once you disagree, you're black listed. I have seen him blame women, digrade women, and pretty much push them to point of quiting. Overall the mentalitiy of Kustomer as it stands is very 1950's mad men.
