July 2017

Overall, women are supported by the company's policies. However, there are some managers not familiar with the policies and foster a "bro culture". In my department, most of the leadership is men, which results in an imbalance of women contributing a level that can implement change.

Overall I think this is a good place to work -- its helpful to create a strong network of other women (and men) to help navigate the company and the way it works- networking is an effective way of getting things done and staying in the know

Lots of options -- it does depend a bit on what you do and your role, but for sure something to ask about when interviewing

  • Recommend to Women?

Maybe. Much of the pay and promotion inequalities (at least perceived) have gotten better and overall they have great pay, benefits, job/development opportunities and programs for working parents

  • One Thing Employer Could Improve

Promote more women into leadership positions
