"In the live events industry, hours worked are variable, however I've found Spectra Venue Management to be supportive of work-life balance. Many positions are not tied to the live events and those that are can be negotiated during busy periods. The Spectra Women's Network and other ERPs promote ways to improve opportunities and company culture."
