"While it is a great place to learn a lot, the business is very niche which can be a pro and a con. The busy season for the Spirit Halloween side of the business is VERY busy where most people in the department I worked in consistently 10-11 hour shifts daily as well as weekends. Very rare to be able to work from home. If the company would create more management/leadership positions with the pay that is fair for those positions and improve their flex time/work from home policy (which was non-existent prior to the Covid-19 pandemic), there would be no reason to leave. "
