They don't really have a desire to change. Many policies are rigid and haven't been updated since the early 2000's or even late 90's.

    Maybe. Leave policies and pay are fair. However, it is a male dominated work place and the majority in day to day leadership positions are men. That said, I loved my time there and if it weren't for the strict sales quotas (at least in the district I worked in), I would still be with the company!

You can take 6 weeks maternity leave IF you have enough "sick" time accrued. Be aware you will use a lot of "sick" time for doctor visits.
