I have been with Papa John's since 2011 as an instore and shift manager. I have worked in both corporate stores and franchise stores. Very few times have I worked at a store that has an equal amount of women to men. I am not really treated differently from my male counterparts but I have heard of female drivers not taken seriously on when they do not feel comfortable going to certain houses or going to hotel rooms. The company really does not address ways for any employee on protecting themselves from robbery. The only told to them is give them all the money they have on them and try to remember as much detail about a robbery as they can remember.
