October 2016

The culture is great and family obligations are understood. STill, the men in the company don't have nearly as many "I'll be at home with a sick kid" kind of a day as the women, and I think it affects the team members.

January 2016

I've worked here for 10+ years. It is a great place to work. You get the resources you need to do your job. There is a great education program in place so you can develop professionally. There are opportunities to advance. The number of women in my group far outnumber the men. This seems to be an advantage to the men in my group in terms of advancement.

May 2015

If you become ill with a serious or chronic disease, the company will do everything they can to get rid of you. They follow most HR rules, but make your work life so stressful you want to leave. If that doesn't work, and you need time off for medical reasons, they get rid of you through their "disability separation" process.
