I often am in meetings and the women to men ratio is 50/50. At one client meeting recently, 100% of the attendees - from Sterling's CEO, to the client's SVP of HR to HR Execs and Account Managers - were women!

There is no barrier to women taking on leadership roles at Sterling. Not only is the CEO a woman, but there are females across all leadership positions. The women empower other women. The leaders are approachable and enthusastic about growth. My peers are extremely supportive. It's a great environment to work in as a woman.
