To be led by a female CEO is very inspiring. I feel that every women has the same opportunity as men for promotion and advancement at this company. They are also very flexible and understanding of family life, and I love that I get to create a work/life balance that is personal to me.

To be good at your job here, you have to work day and night. It is VERY difficult with kids if you can't be at the NY office.

Overall the company is relatively flexible and a lot of employees are remote. That is great for being a working mom. There are also a lot of women in senior leadership positions, including a female ceo.

Smart, hardworking people succeed at Sterling Talent Solutions (the company's new name). We serve a purpose in society; helping employers know their employees and providing fast background checks, which help prospective employees get to work quickly.

You will learn a lot HOWEVER you will sacrifice some work-life balance. There is definitely a "club" and sales rules the roost.
