Very white small town feel, no investment in employees. Not bad treatment of women but executive team is almost all white men. Privately owned and it is all about revenue - people are just an expense.

This employer demands a lot with the guise of offering competitive pay and benefits. The pay is miserable and the benefits sound great on the outside, however when you try to utilize them, you are penalized.

Mostly women work here (around 80%), and as such you never have to worry about "boy's club" atmosphere, women being perceived as aggressive, or other issues in more male environments. However, top positions are male-heavy and men tend to make more, largely due to salary histories on hire and aggressive negotiation.

    Limeade allows most employees to work remotely, however there are some teams where this perk is not as utilized.
