    They are fantastic with the flexible schedule and work/life balance. But, are not good at saying no when it sometimes needs to be said. Pouring too much money into doing favors for staff instead of being consistent across the board and adhering to policy.

Very male dominated, no room for growth, have never had women in real leadership positions. It does not allow for a good work/life balance. One is expected to work from 8-16 hours in any given day, without notice.
