The HRA printshop management is bigoted and misogynistic. They do not hire women for skilled positions. They run a boys club, promote from within (all promotions are white men only) and do not want to be held accountable to agency rules about anti-sexual harassment, anti-discrimination, etc. The single blue collar woman here makes 2/3 of her counterpart running the same Xerox machine, even though she has 20+ years seniority.
