June 2018

Pros: Scheduling flexibility, unlimited vacation Cons: Women are often talked over in meetings and excluded from company social events. CEO brings a "Female Body Inspector" cup to meetings. HR is the CEO's sister. Company is not professionally managed.

October 2017

The corporation is committed to inclusion and investing in socializing the employee base. Again, the corporation is demonstrating its commitments by seating in C-level roles in the last few years. This is historical for our organization.

Level of flexibility depends on the line of business and manager. Overall, the corporation is pro-employee and pro-family. It's a good company to work for.

Continue their efforts to place women in C-level roles. I'd also like to see them bring back their mentor program.

November 2015

I didn't feel like women were somehow disadvantaged over men. There were a number of men in leadership positions with a lot of women in support roles. But there were also female leaders who I thought were given a lot of power. Some of the issues I had with the company had little to do with the fact that I was female (although it is the music industry.)

September 2015

Treatment is entirely dependent on managers, some women are treated with respect, but most women get treated as second-class citizens no matter what their level. Many male employees seem to think of women as servants, the men's club is strong here. Any woman who speaks up is labeled 'difficult' to work with.
