Don't expect support. My experience has been that this company vaules client relationship over employee support. Even if the client is treating you poorly, they will support the wrongness of the client over you.

There are definitely some staff who are sexist. Of course, one's experience completely depends on what group they are in. Some groups are more supportive of women's issues than others.
